About me

Other than photography the other passion in my life is my family. My wife and two beautiful children. I love spending time with them, getting out into nature, exploring and playing … and taking a few pictures of them too!

After studying Fine Art and being an oil painter, I’ve always loved the beauty of nature and now enjoy trying to capture this within my camera.

I am delighted to have some of my landscape images within shops and galleries.

It’s such a privilege to be able to turn a passion into a career and even more so to be asked to photograph someone’s wedding day!

To be part of such an important event and be able to capture these precious life moments is an absolute joy and honour.

I love what I do.

And I would love to hear from you so please get in touch!

Warren, just wanted to say thank you so much for our beautiful wedding photos. We have enjoyed showing them to everyone. We have received lovely feedback from our guests, you are professional but still with good humour and enthusiasm. You clearly love what you do, and we can’t wait to work with you again.

Markie and Darren

We can’t thank Warren enough. He was friendly, professional and managed to get some amazing photos despite the rain! We were delighted with our wedding photos and he captured some amazing moments especially the informal shots of our friends and family. I would be happy to recommend Warren to anyone.

Lisa and Mark Norriss

Warren did a perfect job on our wedding day. He listened to what we wanted, came up with great ideas and somehow managed to get everywhere without ever being obtrusive. Thanks for capturing the spirit of the day in such a natural way – we are particularly delighted with the beautiful photos by the river and grateful that you kept the camera out for those priceless evening dance moves!

Carly and Steve Gilberg

Warren (& Laura!), a massive thank you for your services before, during and after our special day! From meeting before, discussing what we wanted, giving us your ideas based on this, really set us at ease that you understood our expectations for our day. We were lucky to meet you at a wedding prior to booking you and liked your style and presence, so it was an easy choice to have you for our wedding too! On our wedding day, you worked efficiently and calmly, considering the amount of people and photo groups we had! Post wedding, photos were returned in good time and … we absolutely love them! Most importantly, thank you so much for capturing our day exactly how we wanted; you have captured our memories for the future.
All the best for the future.

Maureen and Darren

Thank you so much for the beautiful photos. We really love them and just want to look through them over and over again. They bring back such lovely memories and remind me of parts of the day that I had even forgotten or not even realised had happened! You really captured the essence of our day and were really thankful for your great skills. We have had many compliments about how friendly and professional you were throughout the day. Everyone loved you! Nick and I are going to treasure these photos of our special day forever and will enjoy them with friends and family. I know my mum was particularly impressed with your flower arranging skills last minute on the day when we needed an extra hand! Not just a wedding photographer but a great help on the day too!

Alice and Nick Corlette

We viewed our photos last night – they are absolutely amazing thank you so much! You have captured everything so wonderfully! We love them!

Jennie and Paul

We could not be more pleased with the stunning images that Warren captured so perfectly for our wedding. Right from the initial meeting and photo-shoot, Warren made us feel relaxed, at ease and in capable hands, and on the big day he was an absolute pleasure to have as part of our wedding. Photographs are really important to us and Warren’s work was just outstanding – cannot recommend highly enough

Jo and Cam

We wanted to say a huge thank you for being so great up to and on the day, particularly in the morning with my nerves! We decided to go with you as we felt we would feel comfortable with us not being so natural in front of the camera (!) and you really did make us feel at ease the whole time.

Sarah and Mark

Wow! The images are fantastic. Thank you so much for capturing our day, the photos really are great! Our families can’t wait to see them!

Sophie and Kristoff

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you again for your hard work and time during and after the wedding – it was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I really appreciate you staying back for those extra shots towards the end of the evening! The pictures have turned out great, we are really happy with them.

Rosie and Keiran

We have sat down together to look at the photos and they are wonderful! You have done such an amazing job!

Louise and Matt

Hi Warren, I hope you and Laura are both well! Matt and I wanted to thank you both for all your hard work on the wedding day. It was such a hot day and you hardly stopped for a break! You are both so lovely and made the day even more perfect. We were made to feel so relaxed, which was fantastic.

Louise and Matt

The venue we have booked: have you ever worked there before? If not would you be able to meet at the venue to discuss shots with us?
There are many thousands of wedding venues in and around London, and although I have photographed in many, there will be others I have not. It is good to visit the location beforehand, if possible.

The standard package includes a complimentary, no obligation 1 hour pre-wedding/engagement photo-shoot and I often suggest that we do this at the venue so we can also discuss your plans for the day and scout the angles and locations for pictures. Or, if it suits you better, I could visit the venue on my own.

What areas do you cover?
My primary focus is in London and surrounding counties including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. However, I like to travel and happy to work UK wide.
What is your photography style and working style?
My approach is friendly, polite and relaxed – I know for some people it can be daunting in front of the camera, being the centre of attention on a wedding day and I try and make it as easy as possible.

I put my clients at the centre of everything I do, it is not about me, it’s not about cheesy poses or getting you to smile at the camera, it’s about you and your day and capturing a truly beautiful set of images that reflect the spirit and emotions of the wedding day.

When you look at the photos I want you to remember how it felt on the day – I don’t want you to remember standing for hours for posed shots away from your loved ones.

Of course, I cover formal group photos and bride and groom portraits but it’s always at the forefront of my mind that time is precious! I want to get you the best images on the day with as little disruption as possible.

Is it ok for our guests to also take photos?
The day will have all your loved ones, family and friends attending, so naturally lots of photos will be taken!  We can work together so we avoid being in each others photos as best we can!
Do you do a pre-wedding shoot?
A complimentary, no obligation 1 hour pre-wedding/engagement photo-shoot is included in the main package. High res images are provided for you to keep afterwards.

I often suggest that we do this at the venue so we can combine it with discussing your plans for the day and scouting the angles and locations for pictures.

Not only is this a great opportunity to meet before the wedding … it acts a bit like a warm up before a run, if you’re feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera, we can work together so you feel as relaxed and at ease as possible.

What is your turnaround time from taking the images to delivery?
I aim to deliver fully edited images inside 5 weeks of the wedding day.

Who I am

Based in Bedfordshire, but covering London, the home counties and beyond I am a freelance Photographer specialising in a natural reportage style approach to weddings, lifestyle portraiture and corporate commissions.

My registered address is:

2 Lea Road

You can contact me by writing to that address or by emailing me at

Your personal data I collect

When you first get in touch with me, it’s usually via the contact form on my website, via email, or mobile phone. I collect your names, wedding date and venue and closer to the wedding date I often collect names of some key people attending your wedding and emergency contact numbers, should I require it on the day (I never do but it’s just a precaution!). All of this is information I need to perform my job. Sometimes I also connect via FaceTime for meetings, in which case we have access to each other via webcam and those particular contact details too.

If I collected your email address from a wedding fayre then I will probably send a couple of emails due to verbal permission being given at the time. If this turns into a booking then your data will be stored as described below. If it doesn’t then the information is deleted soon after.

Collection and storage of your personal data

When you first get in touch with me, it’s usually via the contact form on my website, via email, or mobile phone.  As a result I would communicate with you via email and occasionally by mobile phone too. I use Amazing Internet Ltd and currently with EE, both companies are also GDPR compliant.

If you make an initial enquiry with me and don’t go ahead with booking me, I will follow up with one email and then proceed to delete you from my email system so that your data is no longer stored.

Payments to me are 99% of the time via a bank transfer will show in my business bank account in the normal way. On the rare occasion I receive a cheque, this will be deposited in the normal way. I don’t see your payment details, only the amount, names and/or the reference you choose to show.

Use of your data

I will use the above mentioned data to communicate with you about your wedding, sometimes I also like to inform you of any discounts I may have for albums and for other wedding-related communication.

Your data is never shared with anyone else. On the occasion that you have booked a second photographer via myself to attend the wedding. They will receive an itinerary of the day and the emergency contact details incase they need it. This is in paper and email form and will be deleted after the event.

Sometimes I enter wedding photographs into competitions, this is usually without any input being needed from yourself, but if I win it means your photographs will be shared across various online platforms. I will always ask your permission to enter your wedding photographs into competitions and your acceptance of this would indicate you are also happy for it to be shared in this way.

As photography is my work you can expect me to ‘collect’ photographs on your wedding day. These photographs are stored on memory cards during the day and backed up on disk drives thereafter. I typically store your wedding photographs for 1-2 years before removing them.

Occasionally suppliers from your wedding, for example your florist, venue or hair stylist asks for photographs, for their own use, in this instance they are given access to the online gallery. They firstly have to receive permission from yourself and thereafter you have to refer to their own privacy policy as to how they handle the photographs once in their hands.

In order to run my business I share online, predominantly on Facebook, Google +, LinkedIn and on my website. I sometimes use photographs on my business cards, banners and brochures when attending wedding fayres.

I often share weddings I shot many years ago, so if you have had a wedding shot by me in the past and no longer want me to share them for any reason, you can simply get in touch to withdraw your permission.

However, if you want to withdraw your consent to this you can simply do so via email, this email will be stored and adhered to. It is perfectly reasonable to want to keep your wedding photographs private.
